Step 1: Client (You) reach out to me. 
Step 2: I inform the client(you) roughly of my process, and ask for more details so I can give the client(you) a time and price estimate. 
Step 3: You inform me of It’s due date (date you need / want it finished by) if the client(you) have one. I add them/you to my que. Client(you) has until the start date to pay me as I need at least a partial payment up-front to protect both of us from being scammed. 
Step 4: As I finish other commissions in my que I’ll add the client(you) to the calendar on my website. I’ll try my best to remind you within a week of when i expect to start working on your commission.
Step 5: I’ll let the client (you) know that ill be starting your commission and will need payment. After payment the client (you) automatically agrees to the terms and conditions of commissioning me. I’ll give the client my commission contract to sign digitally and if they/you have any adjustments i’ll fix it. if not then we move forward. If I forget to send you the contract I ask that you remind me, however if neither of us remembers the client and myself both automatically agree to everything in it(these terms and conditions are that the client cannot knowingly feed it or any of my other art, to AI. They get full commercial licenses to the piece after, and unless specified, I’m allowed to post their commission on my social media and webiste). If you’re getting a traditional commission then you can ignore steps 3 and 4 as I typically start within that week and only need to be paid before shipping
Step 6: I’ll ask the client (you) for references for the pose they/you want, characters, and background. Depending on if the client (you) is getting a digital commission in my usual semi-realism art-style or chibis then I may make a 3D model on Magic 
Poser to use as a reference. Ill send the client the 3D model from different angles to make sure the pose is right and see what angle they would like their character in. 
Step 7: I’ll begin Sketching.
I’ll send progress pictures for the sketch to make sure if there’s any adjustments etc. Once there’s no adjustments to be made I’ll begin drawing the Line-art. 
Step 8: Once the line art is finished I’ll show another progress photo and if there’s no adjustments than I’ll move onto colouring. Unless it’s a traditional commission as I colour my paintings before I do the line art
Step 9: I Typically Start colouring in this order (though on occasion its more simple to change the order slightly): Skin-  Eyes- Lips- Hair- Clothing- Background- Clothing shading- environmental shading-  environmental lighting. I’ll show progress pictures for each step in the colouring process. If there’s adjustments I’ll make them (unless it’s a traditional painting, you just have to trust the process with those)
Step 10: I’ll send you your commission typically over email or discord. I prefer discord as it has better digital quality when downloading though some times the commission is too big or the client doesn’t have discord. If it’s a traditional commission i ask for your address, glaze the painting, package and ship it. Ill send a photo of the mail before shipping to make sure that the address is written correctly, and a short video of me putting it in the mail so you know exactly when I send it.
